The experts agreed that the development of scientific and educational cooperation in the Arctic makes it possible to solve practical problems without political differences between the key Arctic countries.
The participants of the event also supported the thesis that the issues of personnel training are inextricably linked with the development of digital technologies. Thus, the formation of competencies among the "Arctic" personnel is an important transformation of the system for training highly qualified personnel for the implementation of large-scale projects in the Arctic.
